SanTech pipe insulation products are manufactured from high-quality materials making them ecologically clean and incomparably cheaper than the ones imported from overseas. They are used to insulate hot and cold water pipes so that when contacting with the surrounding ambient air the water temperature inside the pipe will remain unchanged before reaching its final destination. However, pipe insulation is not recommended in sun-exposed areas.

SanTech-made pipe insulation is compatible with 22, 28, 35, 42, 52, 65 mm bore pipes. Due to a more powerful production line we have it in mind to manufacture larger-bore pipe insulation as well as to increase the production scale in the foreseeable future.

Manufactured from high-grade polyethylene SanTech insulation sheeting is designed specifically for use with laminate flooring as well as underfloor heating systems. In Armenia the company is the sole manufacturer of insulation sheeting made of polyethylene foam. The technology that the company has developed guarantees excellent efficacy and affordability at a time.

The role of insulation sheeting utilized with laminate flooring is to level and soften the interior surface of the flooring. With underfloor heating systems foil-wrapped insulation sheets are used to provide uniform temperatures throughout the space and prevent heat loss thereby saving energy.

The efficiency level of such flooring is highly dependent on the quality of the insulation sheeting and the literate use thereof in the floor structure. 2-20mm-thick, durable SanTech insulation sheeting will produce excellent results due to superior quality raw materials used in the insulation sheeting structure.

High-quality single-row and double-row SanTech ventilation grilles are in high demand and widely used in ventilation systems as airflow regulators.

They can be manufactured in a variety of sizes (up to 6m long) and shapes (square, rectangular) upon customer request. The aluminum grilles utilized in the ventilation systems of residential and industrial premises can be either powder-coated or painted in a conventional way in various colors right in SanTech’s machine shop.

SanTech also produces metal grilles designed for mounting on the exterior side of a building. They can be manufactured in different sizes, colors and shapes on request. The grilles designed for exterior locations serve both decorative and utility functions such as providing efficient ventilation, protecting the ductwork from dust accumulation, unfavorable weather conditions and foreign objects. In ventilation systems they are as a rule of thumb used with special filters also produced by SanTech.

The grilles of domestic manufacture are of higher quality and less expensive than the imported ones.

SanTech provides powder-coating solutions to metal ducts and pipes, metal vent grilles, various metal objects as well as other metallic materials using high-grade Italian powder. The company uses a special mechanism of curing the workpieces in a gas-fired convection oven which markedly lowers the service price.

Metal powder-coating process involves three basic steps. First, the metal surface undergoes pre-treatment (removal of oil, dirt and metal oxides followed by phosphating to render the metal corrosion-resistant).

Second, powder is applied to the surface of the object by compressed air spraying in a spray booth using an electrostatic gun. Particles of powder are attracted to the surface due to powerful electrostatic charge forming a uniform coating.

Third, the powder-coated pieces are placed in a special oven where the temperature may reach 150-220°C (depending on the manufacturer’s specifications) undergoing polymerization for 10mins as a result of which the particles attracted to the surface melt and cure establishing full film properties. Then the pieces are cooled and ready to use.

SanTech fabricates and installs hydraulic units used in a variety of facilities. The company offers water metering units equipped with all necessary devices, manifold valves, hydraulic separators, pump components consisting of one or more pumps, anti-vibration pads and other necessary materials, water purification units etc.

SanTech machine shop fabricates metal objects and structures suited for a wide range of applications in building construction. Due to its up-to-date equipment and skilled workforce SanTech can produce low-budget and superior quality metalwork to the demands of any specification.

SanTech manufactures metal doors, grilles, pipe fittings, flanges, garbage bins, supports for engineering objects and equipment, metal enclosures designed for electrical and water supply control devices, metal gazebos, hydraulic separators, park structures etc.

SanTech supplies various machines shops with metal pieces designed for ventilation systems. It also produces a large variety of building materials and provides precision machining and turning services.

SanTech manufactures high-quality cinder blocks from the mixture of cement, sand and water by applying a special process of vibration and compaction.

Due to the expertise of the company’s highly experienced operatives as well as state-of-the-art production lines not only do the cinder blocks have superior quality and a high level of durability but also flawless exterior. SanTech-made cinder blocks will guarantee the durability and long service life of any facility.

The special manufacturing process combined with the method of natural drying assure the durability of the blocks. SanTech cinder blocks measure 10x20x40cm and 20x20x40cm.

Given the increase in the production scale the company intends to manufacture cinder blocks at 6x20x40cm and 15x20x40cm in size.

Plasterboard access panels are designed for use during diverse construction activities, especially when doing the interior finishing work. Such access panels provide aesthetic solutions to the interior by blending into the ceiling thereby preserving the integrity of the interior design. They are ideal for easy and quick service access to HVAC systems and equipment integrated into plasterboard ceilings.

Access panels look like a wall-mounted door enabling quick service access to electrical, heating and ventilation systems.

Plasterboard access panels are manufactured in a large variety of sizes and colors depending on the customer’s request to match with the ceiling design. They are made of either watertight or water-permeable plasterboard and have a snap lock.

Flexible ducts are suited for a wide range of applications. They are used on such portions of the ductwork where the connections cannot be made with straight ducts. SanTech flexible ducts are fabricated from aluminum foil, metal wires and petroleum.

Foil-wrapped flexible ducts are of superior quality and highly reliable. They will guarantee the uninterrupted service life of the ductwork in high pressure and up to 75°C conditions. In contrast to the flexible ducts imported from abroad which are wrapped in aluminum foil only on the outside, SanTech flexible ducts have aluminum foil layers both on the inside and outside thus ensuring utmost efficiency.

Flexible ducts are manufactured with a diameter of 112, 127, 152, 162, 203, 253, 318, 353, 403mm and a length of 7.5m. They are easy to assemble even without any special tools.
